Victoria began working in the world of philately in 2007 and has since served on council for Philatelic Traders Society, board of advisors for the Postal Museum and was a council member for both the Great Britain Philatelic Society and the Royal Philatelic Society, London. She develops and executes the Company's business strategies.
Managing Director, Stanley Gibbons Baldwin's
Iain began working in Auctions in 2006 before becoming Head of another major Auction house. He is an Auctioneer and currently serves on the Philatelic Trader’s Society Council. Iain oversees Baldwins and the continued development of the Auction business.
Head of Great Britain
Scott joined Stanley Gibbons as a philatelic trainee in 2008 and specializes in all areas of Great Britain Stamps and Postal History. He has been part of the buying and describing process of various collections including "Verus", "Aureum", "Mayflower", "Claymore", "Minoru" and the Michael Astley collection to name but a few.
Human Resources Director
Sam joined Stanley Gibbons in 2020, having worked for Hilton for over 22 years, 17 of which involved a variety of HR roles in their London portfolio. Sam has been fundamental in establishing the Stanley Gibbons culture and values as the company moves forward. As well as facilitating team away days and organising company policies, Sam enjoys identifying talent, establishing internships and building the talent pipeline that forms a diverse team of specialists for the group.
Strand Shop Manager
Deborah manages the day-to-day operations of our showroom on The Strand. Her experience in shop management is extensive, having worked at an art gallery, a footwear brand and a gift shop.
Auction Manager
Edward has over 20 years of philatelic trading experience, specialising in British West Indies stamps and postal history, before joining the auction department as a describer and valuer.
He is an enthusiastic collector of Trinidad & Tobago stamps and postal history. In addition to co-authoring two reference books in this area, he is a regular contributor of articles to journals and magazines.
Emeritus Director of Philately
Dr Philip Kinns first joined SG in late 1970. After 12 years at Cambridge he returned as a Commonwealth specialist in 1983, becoming a Director in 1989 and Director of Philately in 2002. Since 1997 he has been the Grantee (named recipient) of the Royal Warrant.
Senior Commonwealth Sales Specialist
Andrew has been helping philatelists build their collections for over 25 years now, having first joined Stanley Gibbons in 1994. After a long stint managing the 399 Strand shop, he is now settled in Commonwealth department. He enjoys nothing more than helping clients old and new fill the most difficult of gaps in their collections.
Commonwealth Specialist
A collector since childhood, Robert joined Stanley Gibbons in 2001 after completing a degree in Computer Science. After more than a decade in the auction department as administrator, lot describer and valuer, he changed focus and moved to the British Commonwealth department as a Specialist, responsible for the day-to-day buying and processing of new stock.
Senior Philatelist
After leaving York University with a degree in English & Related Literature, Dickon set up the Turks & Caicos Islands Philatelic Bureau before returning to the UK and commencing a career in ‘real stamps’. He is a specialist in King George VI philately and has been a member of the BPA Expert Committee since 1999.

Paul joined Stanley Gibbons in 1977 and has worked as a member of numerous different departments at the company. Today, he continues to share his excellent specialist knowledge of Great Britain and the British Empire stamps in private valuation consultations.
Philatelist
Oscar joined Stanley Gibbons in 2018 as Junior Philatelic Specialist after leaving University reading History. Now working in the Auction Department as a valuer and describer specialising in Great Britain and British Commonwealth stamps and postal history. Oscar is also a passionate collector of Indian philately, concentrating on the early 1854 lithograph issues, the 1882 'Empire' issues and Indian States.
Auctions Operations Assistant
Andrew handles the administration behind the auction, which includes the recording bids, answering customer's queries, arranging viewings, handling payments and managing the shipping and collection of lots. He also processes vendor's incoming collections ready for the describers to action.

Joe studied Art History at the University of St Andrews and earned his Master's in Art History from Leiden University. Prior to joining Baldwin's Auctions, he gained valuable experience in various London art galleries, ranging from highly-established institutions to innovative startups. Joe's background includes managing collections, providing exceptional client services, and overseeing post-sale service, skills he now applies in his role as an Auctions Operation Assistant at Baldwin's Auctions. Passionate about contemporary art, Joe is dedicated to enhancing client experiences and contributing to the auction industry at Baldwin's Auctions.
GB Sales
Michael has worked at Stanley Gibbons since 1981, when he started as a sales assistant and later, as a stamp sales supervisor. He has been describing stamps in the company's GB specialist department for 20 years. He enjoys helping collectors build and structure their collections.
Specialist Auction Describer
Leaving Caterham School in 1978 Michael worked for Stanley Gibbons in both London and Singapore offices until 1987. He then worked as self-employed stamp auctioneer, later spending over twenty years in performance at Network Rail, then returning to SG as an auction describer since 2017.
Auctions Operations Assistant
Cordelia holds her undergraduate degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Nottingham (2021), and gained her Master’s in Classical Archaeology at the University of Oxford in 2022. While studying at Oxford, Cordelia began volunteering at the Ashmolean Museum, which sparked her interest in ancient coins, when she ran coin-handling sessions for visitors. Her degree background means that her interests range from Greek sculpture and Roman architecture, to Impressionist art, and militaria. She has a zest for learning new skills, including undertaking auctioneer training, and, having previously worked at Kensington Palace, Cordelia enjoys engaging with people, and her friendly and positive attitude is something she is proud to bring to her role in the Auctions Operations team.

Natasha joined Stanley Gibbons in 2023, bringing over a decade of E-commerce, events and marketing experience. Natasha enjoys learning from collectors and sharing the variety of topics that Philately offers through content for the website and social media channels.

Carolina found her passion for content and filming, while working in the costume department of a HBO production. She has been creating online marketing content since 2020

Clare de la Feuillade has worked for Stanley Gibbons for over 20 years, she started working on the Commonwealth series of catalogues, and has edited the Foreign and Thematic catalogues since 2003.
Editor, Gibbons Stamp Monthly
Dean became the editor of GSM in 2013 – the pinnacle of a career in philatelic magazine publishing which began more than 20 years ago. For Dean, the attraction of stamp collecting is how these often beautiful works of art can open a unique window into world history.
Editor, Stanley Gibbons Stamp Catalogues
Hugh has been a stamp collector for over 65 years. He joined Stanley Gibbons in 1975 and after some years in various sales and marketing roles, became editor of Gibbons Stamp Monthly in 1988 until 2013, when he retired. For ten years he was Stanley Gibbons Catalogue Editor as well as GSM Editor and he still edits Part 1 and the other sectional Commonwealth catalogues.
Outside Stanley Gibbons, Hugh is a Fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London, Chairman of the Trustees of the Bath Postal Museum, sits on the Royal Mail Stamp Advisory Committee and was appointed an MBE (for services to philately) in The Queen’s Birthday Honours List in 2015.

Gary has been a key cog in the GSM wheel since 2012. His creative eye and love for the content ensures every issue of GSM looks its best. Bitten by the collecting bug early on in his career at Stanley Gibbons, Gary is now a keen collector of early GB line engraved.

Kerry has worked at Stanley Gibbons since 1982, starting as a Post Room assistant and later managing the operations of our Customer Services. She enjoys helping both our Retail and Trade customers with their orders, answering queries and recommending the best albums, accessories and catalogues to suit their collections for over 40 years.

I have always lived locally to Wimborne where I attended the local Grammar School. I originally started for Stanley Gibbons in 1982 and worked for 2 years on a promotion on the raising of the Mary Rose. I returned to the company 2017 as a member of the customer service team. I enjoy being part of a team and helping to resolve problems .

Lucy Joined Stanley Gibbons as a Customer Service Advisor in 2023 with over 7 years of experience within a wide range of service roles.
